The main thing about us is we all grew up in the West Island of Montreal. You're not selling your property to some investor from a far away land. We're local guys trying to build a future for our families. 

Honesty. It's the most important thing when dealing with someones most valuable asset: their home. We do not take this lightly. If it's abetter for you to sell traditionally, we will absolutely recommend that. We want this to be a win-win, and if it isn't, then we part as friends and that's totally ok!
